All Jewellery is final sale
Some jewellery is limited in store but can be ordered in. We will contact you with an estimate shipping time if we need to order in your piece.
All jewellery is sold separately, we do not sell jewellery in pairs.
Some jewellery is warrantied if a gem comes out or if the weld breaks, not if the pin is snapped or if you lose the top/bead. We follow our suppliers guidelines for warranty. Please reach out if you have any questions. tantrixorders@gmail.com
We cannot exchange jewellery if you ordered the wrong size due to health board regulations. We recommend coming in or seeing your piercer to confirm the size of jewellery you need if you are unsure before purchasing.
We do not replace beads or tops if lost. Ensure you are checking your beads and tops regularly to ensure they are tight.
