TANTRIX BODY ART is one of the longest running Tattoo and Piercing Studios in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Leanne and Mike Thompson-Hill opened Tantrix in 2002 after working at previous studio’s. Their newest studio, Cataclysm, which opened in 2021 is located 30 mins north of Prince Albert. Their daughters both work at Tantrix, Bella who is a Tattoo Artist and Elizabeth who is our apprentice piercer and works as our front of house manager. Leanne, co-owner, is a member of the Association of Professional Piercers and is the head piercer as well pierces full time at Cataclysm in the summer months. Mike Thompson-Hill started Tattooing in the City of Moose Jaw and relocated to Saskatoon to open Tantrix with his wife Leanne. Mike has won countless awards for his tattooing including Best of Skin and Ink Magazine, Best of Saskatoon, and many more accolades. His Daughter Bella Won Best of Saskatoon Tattoo artist 2023. Haley won her first award at the Border city Tattoo expo in 2024 for micro realism.
